At Oak Raven, we take great care in selecting and preparing every order. If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process in line with our commitment to excellent service.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., bedding, candles once unsealed, and personalised goods).

  • Returns outside the 30-day window may not be accepted.


2. How to Arrange a Return

To request a return, please email orders@oakravenhq.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photographs if the item is faulty or damaged

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.


3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing orders@oakravenhq.com with photographs of the item and packaging.
